Synthetic marble

marmol-sintetico-aplicaciones-reverte-carbonatos-calcio-300x213

Reverté’s calcium carbonates, recommended for synthetic marble slabs and fitted shapes, are designed to minimise the consumption of polyester resin and provide high and consistent whiteness.

Advantages

  • High whiteness
  • High packing capacity
  • Minimum consumption of polyester resin
  • Consistent granulometry and whiteness
  • Reduction in surface porosity
  • Dimensional stability

Products

CALFORT® 5

D50 = 3 microns  –  D98 = 25 microns

Main Advantages
Good whiteness. Provides maximum packaging efficiency which ensures minimum consumption of polyester resin. Reduces surface porosity and the risk of surface cracking.

MICRAL® 5 (extra white marble)

D50 = 3 microns  –  D98 = 20 microns

Main Advantages
Very high whiteness. Provides good packaging efficiency which ensures minimum consumption of polyester resin.
Reduces surface porosity and the risk of surface cracking.

GRANIFORT® 05 (extra white marble)

D50 = 250 microns  –  D98 = 800 microns

Main Advantages
Very high whiteness. Consistent granulometry. Optimal packaging efficiency to reduce consumption of polyester resin.

MICRAL® 10

D50 = 5 microns  –  D98 = 30 microns
Main Advantages
For the formulation of very matt paints (minimum sheen), high whiteness, very low binder demand and good resistance to wet rubbing with high PVC.

GRANIFORT® 1 (extra white marble)

D50 = 0.8 mm  –  D98 = 1.2 mm

Main Advantages
Complies with the EN 13139 standard (CE marking). Very good machinability due to the spherical morphology of the particles. High whiteness. Well-calibrated and consistent granulometric distribution
Absence of sulphates, sulphur (pyrrhotite) and organic matter.
No reactivity with alkalis.

GRANIFORT® 2 (extra white marble)

D50 = 1.5 mm  –  D98 = 2 mm

Main Advantages
Complies with the EN 13139 standard (CE marking).
Very good machinability due to the spherical morphology of the particles.
High whiteness. Well-calibrated and consistent granulometric distribution. Absence of sulphates, sulphur (pyrrhotite) and organic matter.
No reactivity with alkalis.
